Meet The Cast of On My Block Season 4
Ruby—Jason Genao
Jason Genao returns to On My Block season 4 as Ruben 'Ruby' Martinez Jr.
In the new series, Ruby is still dealing with his PTSD from the shooting in season 1 and is on a journey of self-discovery after not feeling quite like himself for some time.
Outside of On My Block fame, Genao is best known for his role as Rictor in the film Logan, starring alongside Hugh Jackman.
His other credits include God Friended Me, The Get Down and Law & Order: SVU.
Jamal—Brett Gray
Brett Gray is back as Jamal, the geek of the group who always seems to find himself in schemes that get him and his friends in big trouble.
Gray is an American actor and singer from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is best known for his role as Jamal in On My Block and his successful music career. Gray released his first EP, Easy Daze in August 2018.
Outside of On My Block, Gray has had small roles in Netflix's When They See Us and Chicago P.D.
He has also appeared in several short films including Afterparty, Metrocard, The Tale of Four and Tortise.
Monse—Sierra Capri
Sierra Capri stars as Monse Finnie, the strong, independent leader of the friend group.
Capri appeared as an extra in Hidden Figures and Neighbors 2 before landing the role of Monse on On My Block.
In 2019, she starred as Kai in the indie film American Skin, which premiered at the Venice Film Festival.
Cesar—Diego Tinoco
Diego Tinoco returns as Cesar, the bad boy of the group who was forced into gang life by his brother Oscar.
His return to the gang world ultimately puts a strain on his relationship with Monse in the fourth series of On My Block.
On My Block is Tinoco's biggest acting role to date. His other credits include Teen Wolf and Welcome to Valhalla.
Jasmine—Jessica Marie Garcia
Jessica Marie Garcia reprises her role as Jasmine, a classmate and Ruby's love interest.
Garcia made her acting debut as Sierra on Huge, starring alongside Nikki Blonsky and Hayley Hasselhoff.
She then went on to play Becky in The Middle and Willow Cruz in Disney's Liv and Maddie.
Most recently, she portrayed Rhonda Navarro in the thriller series How to Get Away with Murder, Camilla in Diary of a Future President, and Nurse Paloma in American Princess.
Vero—Nikki Rodriguez
Up-and-coming actor Nikki Rodriguez joins the cast of On My Block season 4 as Vero, Cesar's girlfriend.
Rodriguez has had small roles in Adam Ruins Everything and Speechless.
She has also been a part of several short films including This Land is Your Land, Bunny Run and Roadkill.
Ricky 'Lil Ricky' Galindo—Cesar Garcia
For four seasons, the group has been trying to get to the bottom of Lil Ricky's identity.
In season 4, it is revealed Lil Ricky's real name is Ricardo Galindo, the founder of the Santos Gang, who is in hiding.
Garcia is best known for playing No-Doze in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.
Latrelle—Jahking Guillory
Jahking Guillory returns as Latrelle after being absent from season 3 of On My Block.
Latrelle is a former classmate of the group and a member of the Prophet$, a longtime rival gang to the Santos gang.
Guillory is best known for playing the lead role of Brandon in the 2016 film Kicks and Ronnie Martin in Five Points.
Most recently, he starred as Brandon in Black Lightening alongside China Anne McClain, Nafessa Williams, and Christine Adams.
Chivo—Emilio Rivera
Emilio Rivera also returns as Chivo, a gardener and former Santos member, who forms a bond with Jamal.
On My Block fans may recognize Rivera from his role as Marcus Álvarez in Sons of Anarchy and its spin-off Mayans M.C.
Rivera is also well known for starring in Z Nation, Gang Related, and Weeds.
Oscar—Julio Macias
Julio Macias stars as Oscar 'Spooky' Diaz, Cesar's older brother and high-ranking member of the Santos gang.
In season 4, Oscar is on the right path in life, seeing to leave his gangster ways behind him. He also wants to take Cesar with him on his move to Portland.
Mexican actor Julio Macias has received two Imagen Award nominations for his portrayal of Oscar in On My Block.
Since joining the cast of On My Block, Macias went on to star in Selena: The Series, portraying American singer Pete Astudillo.
